Where does The Ivory Club ship?

The Ivory Club currently ships to Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, Germany, ireland, united kingdom, united states

We are working on bringing The Ivory Club everywhere around the world.

Tell me more about the shipping fees & methods !

We offer two shipping speeds, because sometimes you can wait and sometimes you can't.

  1. Standard (3-5 business days)

    Belgium : 7,00€ - The Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, Germany : 15,00€ - ireland, the uk, the united states : 35,00€

  2. Rush (1-2 business days): €20,00

Please note, We only offer Rush Shipping to Belgium.

At the moment, our shipping is organised via local logistics partners. Sometimes, those logistic partners work together with other local distributors to make sure your order can get delivered on time, so it might occur that you receive your order from another courier service.

When will my order ship?

Here is how it works: first you order, then we process, and finally we ship.

Ordering only takes a few moments of your time. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 13hOO are processed the next business day). Then a staff member of our lovely team drops it at the nearest delivery point. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Et voila, your package is on its way!

I'm having problems with the tracking.

We’re so sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via info@theivoryclub.be. We’re on top of all our shipments and can give you the inside info you’ve been waiting for.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email info@theivoryclub.be

What about I missed my package?

The delivery company will leave a message in your mailbox which states that a delivery attempt was made. Then, you will also find this information on your tracking link. The message will contain some instructions on how to contact the shipping carrier. Normally, there is a second and third delivery attempt foreseen in the next days. After 3 delivery attempts, the order will automatically be shipped back to us, the sender.

However, in some cases, your order will be delivered at a local post office or parcel shop after the first delivery attempt.

No order after (what felt ) the longest wait ever?

Try by starting to check your tracking link. This should have an up-to-date status of your order so you can check where your order is now.

Please keep in mind that your order may be delayed due to safety measures of the customs authorities and that we have no influence on delivery delays.

If you have received a shipping confirmation and you feel like your order is not delivered within the specified delivery time, please contact us via info@theivoryclub.be and we will start looking for your parceling in cooperation with our logistics partner. This may take several days and a refund or replacement shipment can only be executed after this investigation, or after 30 days. Please allow some time for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the above address.

Before contacting us, please make sure you have checked the recent status of your order on the tracking link.

RETURNS + EXCHANGE

How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry to hear you didn't love your The Ivory Club purchase. Please reach out to info@theivoryclub.be with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order. Your order number must be provided to place a return. After you contacted us, you again have 14 calendar days to return the goods to us.

You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Email us at orders@theivoruclub.be and we'll help you place the return.

You are responsible for the costs of the return shipment. The costs depend on the shipping method you choose. Without proof of shipment with Track & Trace code, lost returns will not be refunded. This might be requested too if the items haven’t been returned on time.

Please note that all sale items, facemasks, veils, and gift cards are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged!

How long does it take to process a return?

We undertake to make the refund at the latest within a period of 14 days after we have received the goods back from you. All card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at info@theivoryclub.be and we’ll be sure to get you the (bridal) item you ordered!

How do I return my The Ivory Club stuff?

We advise you to keep the items in original condition and / or packaging including tag. If the item you return is damaged or the packaging is missing, we can hold you liable for the depreciation that the good has suffered as a result and claim compensation for it that is proportional to this depreciation. (article VI.51 §2 WER)

How about I needed my item in another size | color | etc?

In that case you’ll need to place a new order and exchange | return the wrong item. How you return an item? Please see above.
